  • David Blaylock has become the Hub Coordinator for our area of Allerdale. Hub Coordinators are the link between the Parish Broadband Champions and the County Coucil, the body in charge of implementing the Access Cumbria project.  Hub Coordinators cover several parishes, I will let you known which ones he covers when it has been decided.     • “it depends” - it would be good for a 1M fixed speed service, poor if you were on a variable rate service next to the exchange and brilliant if you were 8km away ! Where are you approx ?

      • Hi Claire, Can you run the rest at speedtester.bt.com and cut&paste the results here (the text out of the box in the middle of the results page).

        Sky and TalkTalk also have kit in your exchange, which ISP you with ?

      • there’s one speedtest on the map for Greysouthen using BT as the ISP that reports at 0.45 down / 0.36 up. You did better downstream but not up.
