My understanding is that the purpose of the technical pilots is to experiment with different technical solutions that can inform practice in Eden and elsewhere nationwide to prevent expensive mistakes.
This is a separate procurement to CCC’s EU funded procurement.
There’s no restraint of trade around here that I’m aware of.
